June 23, 2001 - Where's the sense of community?
I know the majority of TI community members are antisocial geek/nerd types (of course, I'm an exception), but jeez, for the love of God, post something on the message board or the guestbook. Am I the only one out there? Were all five hundred and however-the-fuck many hits I have just me testing the page? (Probably.)

June 19, 2001 - Welcome Back
Finally, after weeks of waiting, the new and totally redesigned MJS2000 website is up. Damn, the old one was disgusting. But this one sports a more organized layout, style sheets, screen shots of programs in the archive, and an organized archive of previous news.

All the cool CGI features, like hit/download counters and rating systems, are not up yet. If anyone can help me with getting my perl scripts to run (and maybe even help me write some of the code), by all means contact me.

 

June 1, 2001 - Cease and Resist

More programs today. We have: a handy program that helps with conic sections, and a program that finds the resistance in a circuit (any number of resistors in series or parallel), as well as the current for a given voltage and the current/voltage across each resistor. that one really helped me on my science final. yes, i'm getting out of school soon. that means summer vacation. that means a site refurbishing.

i think i'm gonna have to refurbish this site soon. it might be getting a whole lot more attention. I've decided to swallow my pride and put some of my programs on ticalc.org. LXXXIX went down earlier today and has 4 downloads already. Cease and Resist (the resistance program), TI83 IM 2, TI89 IM, Log Base X, Black Stars, and the Cool Screen Saver are "new and have not yet been ranked".

By the way, don't call me "masar". That used to be my alias, but don't call me that. It's kind of like how Mark Wahlberg won't respond to anyone who calls him Marky Mark.
