OS CV NITRO ENGINE POWER TIPS

1. Read the manual thoroughly.
2. Follow the manufacturer's nitro fuel recommendation.
3. Never run the engine lean.
4. A lean low-end mixture will cause low power at full throttle. Richen the low end.
5. A good setting for the top end is 2 turns from the closed position. Adjust as needed depending on the temperature.
6. Do not use high nitrogen content fuel, 15% nitro is good enough.
7. Always use a fresh glow plug, it should glow brightly when attached to an igniter. If not replace it as the engine will NOT produce good power no matter how much tuning is done.
8. Ensure enough cooling air reaches the engine, cut out the windshield and side windows of your touring car body.
9. Use clean air filters all the time.
10. Use a fuel filter and keep it clean.
