ANIME MUSIC VIDEO IDEAS
for YOU......
Otakon..Aluminum Studios....the inspiration is everywhere. My roommates and I all want to do anime music videos now. they're so much fun to come up with, and watch...it might be a while before I actually get to do theones i want to do..but in the meantime i've come up with so many video ideas that I think are perfect. I don't want to do them all though.. not yet anyway. See, my goal in making anime videos is to 1. make videos for lesser known anime and 2. make videos using lesser known music. If you've been to otakon you know what kind of crap songs get used...some ass had the audacity to make an Evangelion video to the backstreet boys. They got no love from the crowd obviously.
I've made these observations in my decision making.....
1. Everybody does Evangelion videos. It's one of the most popular anime there is..but that's not the only reason....it's because any and every GOOD song will fit Evangelion....ANY good song. You ever hear of a band called Hellchild??? You could do EVA videos to that entire album. Still, since everyone does EVA videos, I'm not going to
2. "du hast" and "when worlds collide" have been done to death......
Still, some of the ideas would be really cool do see done, so I'm giving them away. I hope someone does some of these.
1. Fatal Fury- "southtown" by P.O.D.: it's perfect...because where does Fatal Fury take place???? Southtown!!! The only reason i'm not doing this...well..I hate the song.
2. Evangelion- "hurt" by Nine Inch Nails: basically, you just set that really long pause before Shinji kills Kaworu to the NIN song "hurt". Then, at the very end of the song, you put the part where he finally crushes him. It'll freak people out for one thing.
3. Tekken- "tekken 2" by the Sexmachineguns: I HATE the Tekken anime, I'm not doing this video..in fact, don't even use the anime, use the FMV from the video games
4. somebody has got to do a video for the Gary Young song "plant man"!!!!! I can't think of one, but someone's gotta do it.

11. Ruroni Kenshin OVA-"uso majiwareta....." by Aliene Ma'riage(I've tried this before actually, some who've done trades with me have seen it because I always put it on the extra space in videos)
