Wallpaper is sometimes known as a background. You put it on your desktop to make it look more personalized.
Click on the picture to maximize the view.

How to set wallpaper:

1. Click on the image to see it in full
2. Right click the image and select "Set as Wallpaper"

1. Click on the image to see it in full
2. Right click the image and select "Save picture as..." remember where you saved it
3. Minimize everything so all you see the is the desktop
4. Right click the desktop and click Properties
5. Select the Background you want and how you want it formatted. IE: Stretch, Center, Photo
